Maintenance terms

Fonghua Technology's latest regulations on maintenance include IC card reading and writing equipment.

Shenzhen Fonghua Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Fonghua Technology") enjoys product warranty services for all sold machinery and equipment. Customers must operate in accordance with the methods mentioned in these regulations, otherwise Fenghua Technology has the right to refuse to provide free warranty services for customers. The specific regulations are as follows:

1、 Obligations and Rights of Fonghua Technology

1. During the warranty period, Fonghua is obligated to provide customers with free warranty services;

2. After receiving the repair request, Fenghua Technology will respond to the customer within 24 hours and propose a solution within 72 hours (all within legal working hours);

3. If the customer is unable to provide a valid warranty certificate for the IC card reader equipment (product number, invoice, product purchase and sales contract), they will provide paid services in accordance with the relevant regulations of Fenghua Technology's warranty repair, and the resulting costs will be borne by the customer;

4. Non warranty scope: a. Unable to provide valid warranty certificates (product serial number, invoice, product purchase and sales contract); b. Malfunctions or damages caused by transportation or unloading; c. Malfunctions, damages, vulnerable parts or consumables (consumables) caused by improper storage (liquid infiltration, etc.), including external cables, external power supplies, (except for signing special warranty agreements), etc;

e. Damage caused by force majeure such as floods and lightning strikes;

f. Due to use or negligence in unsuitable environments (temperature, humidity, working voltage, etc., as specified in the accompanying manual)

Damage caused by human factors such as electrified unplugging and plugging, serious product falls, etc;

g. Malfunctions caused by external devices provided by non Fenghua Technology or damage caused by improper maintenance or modification of products by non Fenghua Technology engineers;

h. Products with lost or torn product serial numbers and warranty labels;

 

2、 Rights and Obligations of Customers

1. The warranty period for IC card readers starts from the date of sale of Fenghua Technology

2. For products that are detected as defective upon opening the box, customers must notify Fenghua Technology within 7 days from the date of shipment and return the goods; After being confirmed by Fenghua Technology engineers as a defective product after unboxing, the IC card reader equipment or its corresponding components will be replaced on the same day and returned to the customer; If it exceeds 7 days, it will be processed according to the warranty process

3. Customers have an obligation to apply for warranty according to the warranty process

a. Explain the fault phenomenon, product serial number to Fenghua and provide valid warranty certificate (warranty card, invoice, product purchase and sales contract)

b. After verification by Fenghua Technology, the user mailed the faulty product to Fenghua Technology

c. Fonghua Technology Maintenance Service Center shall complete the repair of the product within 3 days (legal working days) after receiving it, and then mail the product back to the user's hands.

3、 Product warranty period: Smart IC cards and IC card reading and writing devices are guaranteed to be returned within 7 days, replaced within one month, and free of charge within one year according to the relevant national electronic product warranty regulations (additional cost for card holders and human damage), with lifelong maintenance; For products that need to be returned, exchanged, or repaired during the warranty period, Party A must hand over the relevant products to our repair location. After inspection and confirmation, relevant returns, exchanges, and repairs can only be carried out. For product damage caused by customer disassembly or improper use, a certain cost will be charged;

4、 The technical department implements a cash on delivery policy for repaired products (excluding end users)
